After four years, I joined a technology consultancy in Munich to deepen my expertise in strategic frameworks within the automotive sector. I eventually returned to the Basque Country to join Alcorta Forging Group, where, for over a decade, I spearheaded the profound transformation of a traditional manufacturing firm into an innovative organization with a highly competitive value proposition in today’s global market.

Following this stage, I took on the role of CEO at NEM Solutions, a technology startup specializing in AI. My mission was to scale a business model designed to drive profitability and ensure sustainable growth across the energy and mobility sectors.

Having integrated these core pillars—technology, business development, and executive management—I decided it was time to launch my own venture: Human Digitals. The company’s name reflects my commitment to combining a human-centric approach, where trust, transparency, and reliability are paramount, with cutting-edge technological solutions. My role is to architect the vision, harness the organization’s talent, and orchestrate the implementation of strategic solutions.
