I am Aitor I\u00f1iguez, founder of Human Digitals. I specialize in partnering with organizations on transformation, business development, and digitalization<\/strong> initiatives as an independent consultant, with a primary focus on the Basque Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Human Digitals is the culmination of a lifelong professional journey. My career began over 25 years ago in Germany, where I held positions at Airbus and the German Aerospace Center (DLR). These experiences allowed me to master the cutting edge of technology and aviation<\/strong>\u2014two of my greatest professional passions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

After four years, I joined a technology consultancy in Munich<\/strong> to deepen my expertise in strategic frameworks within the automotive sector. I eventually returned to the Basque Country to join Alcorta Forging Group, where, for over a decade, I spearheaded the profound transformation of a traditional manufacturing firm<\/strong> into an innovative organization with a highly competitive value proposition in today\u2019s global market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this stage, I took on the role of CEO at NEM Solutions, a technology startup specializing in AI<\/strong>. My mission was to scale a business model designed to drive profitability and ensure sustainable growth across the energy and mobility sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having integrated these core pillars\u2014technology, business development, and executive management\u2014I decided it was time to launch my own venture: Human Digitals. The company\u2019s name reflects my commitment to combining a human-centric approach, where trust, transparency, and reliability are paramount, with cutting-edge technological solutions. My role is to architect the vision, harness the organization\u2019s talent, and orchestrate the implementation of strategic solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
